Niki Cung Featured in the University of Arkansas School of Law's Centennial Celebration
News | August 1, 2025Kutak Rock partner Niki Cung was featured in the University of Arkansas School of Law's "100 Years of Arkansas Law" video as part of their centennial anniversary celebration. Niki, who received her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1996, discussed her experiences as a law student, her mentors, and her reflections on the school's growth as a proud alumna.

Niki is proud to be the first Vietnamese native to be licensed to practice law in the State of Arkansas and has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial litigation and complex insurance defense. She advocates for clients in jury and bench trials involving a variety of claims, including contract, construction defect, product liability, wrongful death and personal injury, professional liability and malicious prosecution. She recognizes the benefits of early resolution through the use of mediation and early dispositive motions. Niki has also assisted clients with administrative matters before the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration and its Review Commission, several state OSHA offices, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and other regulatory agencies.
