Kutak Rock is pleased to announce the addition of Allen T. Miller as of counsel to the firm’s Spokane office. With over four decades of experience in land use, real estate, environmental, and natural resource law, Allen’s extensive legal background will be an asset to the firm’s corporate law group.

Throughout his career, Allen has represented clients in litigation and transactional matters involving complex regulatory issues related to real estate, zoning, hazardous waste, air and water rights, and more. He has successfully handled cases at all levels of the judicial system from hearing examiner to the United States Supreme Court. He is also a trained mediator, helping parties resolve disputes thorough alternative means.

Previously Allen has served in a variety of roles, including as assistant attorney general, deputy prosecuting attorney, shareholder, and adjunct law professor. His arrival at Kutak Rock marks a significant addition to the firm’s presence in Spokane where he will bring a deep understanding of local and regional legal landscapes.

Allen received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Virginia. He is admitted to practice in Washington and Idaho.
