Kutak Rock tax partner Matthias Edrich will moderate a virtual tax roundtable hosted by the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) Tax Law Committee, titled “Financing the Cloud,” on February 22 at 1:00 p.m. EST. The member-exclusive event will discuss tax structuring considerations for the tax-exempt financing of software, with a particular focus on software that is hosted in the cloud.
