Kutak Rock attorney Jason Kotlyarov will share his knowledge at the upcoming Institute for Apprenticeship, Training, and Educations Conference hosted by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. The conference will take place January 15-17, 2025, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

Jason’s session, titled “Know Your Policies,” will be held on Tuesday, January 16, from 1:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EST. He will provide attendees with a practical guide to navigating the complex policy requirements that arise when managing registered apprenticeship programs as well general practical advice regarding policy drafting and implementation.

The session will focus on:

• Key components of effective policy creation
• Best practices for developing, implementing, documenting, and overseeing policies
• Strategies to address common policy challenges
