Davis (CIPP/US), a partner in Kutak Rock’s Little Rock office, authored an opinion article in Arkansas Business entitled “Cybersecurity: A Corporate Governance Priority.” The article discusses how ongoing changes in cybersecurity law and the regulation of public companies and financial institutions affects all companies with corporate governance goals.
