John Reardon, of counsel in Kutak Rock’s Washington, D.C. office, and Emily Edwards, a summer associate, co-authored the article “How New FCC Rule Will Improve Telecom Options For Tenants,” published September 22 in Law360. 

The article discusses the new Federal Communications Commission rule that took effect on September 26 prohibiting many of the existing, exclusive agreements between traditional telecommunications services providers and landlords or building owners of multitenant environment facilities.
