Fred Marienthal is going to moderate the “Financing Critical Infrastructure” panel from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday November 3, 2022 at the CDFA National Development Finance Summit.  The Summit is being held at The Westin Denver Downtown Hotel.

The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) is coming up on its one-year anniversary and has sent ripples of hope to America’s aging infrastructure. This funding invests in various areas such as roads, bridges, power and grid, passenger and freight rail, and broadband. With more detailed implementing guidelines available for new programs, communities are closer to securing funding and engaging in transformational projects. The panel will walk attendees through the process of preparing for and financing their infrastructure projects.
