Kutak Rock tax partner Matthias Edrich presented on a panel at “The Essentials: Hybrid 2022” hosted by the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) U April 20-22 in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Edrich discussed tax enforcement and arbitrage rebate requirements.

The Essentials provides municipal finance industry insights and practical information and is designed for attorneys, paralegals, government officials and employees, financial consultants, trustees, municipal advisors and other municipal finance professionals and market participants.

Matthias Edrich is a member of Kutak Rock’s national federal tax and public finance practice. He serves as director on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and contributes heavily to their webinars, panels and conferences. Mr. Edrich has received the President’s Service Award and the Carlson Prize, both given by NABL.
