Matthias Edrich, a partner in Kutak Rock’s Denver office, will speak at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2022 Midyear Tax Meeting during a session titled “Tax Exempt Financing” on Friday, February 4 at 10:30 a.m. EDT.

The ABA’s 2022 Midyear Tax Meeting features the country’s leading tax attorneys and government officials discussing the latest federal, state and local tax policies.

Mr. Edrich will participate in a roundtable discussion of new federal tax legislation including the $15 billion volume cap increase for the issuance of tax-exempt bonds for qualified highway and surface freight transfer facilities and the introduction of tax-exempt bonds for qualified broadband facilities and carbon dioxide capture facilities.
