Kutak Rock has been named the second-ranked bond counsel firm in the nation for 2021 in Refinitiv’s Year-end Annual Review. The firm closed 523 issues aggregating $25.43 billion and 5.6% market share. This follows the firm’s fifth-place finish in 2020. 

In the role of disclosure counsel, the firm surpassed last year’s ranking by four spots and nearly $6 million, placing fourth nationally in 2021 with 140 issues aggregating $11.02 billion. In addition, the firm placed fifth for underwriter’s counsel with 300 issues aggregating $14.21 billion.
