Since 2014, Christopher Parrington has been actively involved in representing businesses and business owners in the hemp and state-legal cannabis industries throughout the U.S. He represents hemp and cannabis clients in matters related to business formation, corporate compliance, regulatory compliance, labor and employment, real estate, financial services, mergers and acquisitions, FDA labeling compliance, due diligence and investments. Christopher has also represented numerous clients in applying for state-issued licenses to operate marijuana cultivation, manufacturing and dispensary businesses.

Since 2013, Gil Rosenthal has used his broad experience to advise clients in the marijuana industry nationally and in Colorado on regulatory issues, intellectual property, tax, employment and other general corporate issues. His clients include medical and retail cultivators and distributors, manufacturers of marijuana-infused products, marijuana technology companies including fintech-related businesses, real estate owners and investors and family office investors. Because of his tax and international trade background, Gil has been able to provide a unique perspective to cross-border transactions in the Marijuana industry including acquisitions and mergers involving Canada listed companies.
