Kevin Grochow, a partner in Kutak Rock’s Irvine office, will speak at the California JPIA Risk Management Educational Forum in San Diego on Friday, October 8 at 8:15 a.m. PDT.

Mr. Grochow will present on the panel “Land Ho! A View From the Crow's Nest: Liability Case Law Update” to address the constantly changing legal environment faced by public agencies. The session will provide insight by including examples from recent case law and discussing lessons learned from California JPIA cases.
