Deborah Froling to Moderate Panel at Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA)
News | July 6, 2021Deborah Froling, a Kutak Rock partner in the Washington, D.C. office, will moderate a virtual panel at the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) New and Emerging Sponsor Workshop series, held July 13, 15, 20 and 22.
Ms. Froling will moderate the panel “Private Offerings Overview” on Thursday, July 15 at 3:15 p.m. EDT. The session will feature executives at sponsor firms who successfully distribute private offerings and will focus on the considerations involved in creating and distributing private offerings, including Delaware Statutory Trusts, Opportunity Zones, and other types of private offerings. The panel will also discuss the characteristics, fee structures and types of investment strategies most common in today’s private offerings.
