Kutak Rock partner Todd Kinney will be among the featured speakers on a panel addressing cyber security questions from 3-5 p.m. on Thursday, June 24 at Mission Hills Country Club in Mission Hills, KS.

A panel of professionals from tech, law, insurance and web services industries will have an open dialogue about the trending cyber security risks, the facts behind the headlines, and how to protect your organization from a catastrophic cyber security event. Complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served at this free event, but registration is required. Time for networking will be included.

Mr. Kinney focuses his practice on data security and privacy issues for clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, financial services and technology. He heads up the firm’s data breach response team and regularly handles breach analysis and response matters for clients of all sizes involving state notification statutes and federal regulations.

He will be joined by Scott Sandberg of Complete Technology Services; Pat Olohan of the Thomas McGee Group; and panel moderator Scott Schaper of RSM Marketing.
