Hilary Jackler to Speak at Inaugural Higher Education Public-Private Partnership (P3) Hub

Hilary Jackler, Kutak Rock’s Washington, D.C./Richmond Regional Managing Partner, will speak at the inaugural Higher Education Public-Private Partnership (P3) Hub on April 20 at noon EDT.

Ms. Jackler will present on the panel “Unlock the Value of Underutilized Land with a Ground Lease” that will address ways an underutilized or excess real estate asset can be an opportunity to unlock new revenue streams.

Speakers joining Ms. Jackler on the panel include Lindsay Stowell, Executive Vice President Higher Education at JLL; Noel Sloan, Senior Vice President of Administration & Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Texas Tech University; and Curt Emmich, Director of Real Estate, Office of Capital Projects at Princeton University.

The Higher Education Public-Private Practice Hub brings together some of the biggest names in higher education to discuss the issues affecting university infrastructure partnerships, including funding and finance, how projects are being procured and what the universities want to see. The virtual conference will also explore the current market and what has changed over the past year as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
