Kutak Rock tax partner Matthias Edrich will join colleagues in a live webinar March 31 from 1-2:30 p.m. Eastern to address filing considerations relating to IRS Form 8038 and Form 8038-G. Instructions for these forms include provisions that are inconsistent with each other and with published guidance, resulting in different approaches to information reporting.

Mr. Edrich, who is on the NABL board of directors, will be joined by David J. Cholst, chair of the NABL comments, and George T. Magnatta.

The webinar will be hosted by the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) and will include a discussion of comments NABL submitted to the IRS as well as a question-and-answer component.
