Kutak Rock Partner Fred Marienthal has been elected as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Public Media Company (PMC), an organization that leads the dialogue on change for public media and guides strategic thinking, collaboration, content innovation, and operational efficiencies for public media providers across the country.

Public Media Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Erin Moran, says that “Fred has been involved with PMC since our incorporation 20 years ago and has served as PMC’s Secretary/Treasurer for the past few years. Fred brings a depth and breadth of knowledge to our work and will be an excellent leader of the Board.”

Colorado Governors Roy Romer, Bill Owens and Bill Ritter appointed Fred to serve on the Colorado Municipal Bond Supervision Advisory Board. Fred also serves as a board member for Kitchen Sisters Productions, Friends School (Treasurer), the University of Colorado Denver School of Public Affairs Advisory Board and the University of Colorado Denver Chancellor’s Development Committee.
