Jack Bangert to Present CLE at 2020 Missouri Bar Solo and Small Firm Conference

Jack Bangert, a partner in the firm’s Kansas City office, will be presenting a virtual CLE webinar at The Missouri Bar’s 2020 Solo & Small Firm Conference on Wednesday, August 19 at 3:35 p.m. CDT. 

The webinar, titled “Valuing a Case for Mediation,” will cover the important factors to consider in case evaluation, which include:

  1. Liability;
  2. Damages;
  3. Tangible costs and expenses;
  4. Intangible costs and expenses; and
  5. The net expected value of the case.

Mr. Bangert will also discuss the prominent factors in cases that may sway juries.

Mr. Bangert has more than 40 years of experience in commercial and civil litigation and has successfully mediated hundreds of cases over the past 10 years. His mediation skills are recognized by both Plaintiffs’ and Defendants’ counsel. He is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
