Robin Stewart Named to EDRM’s Global Advisory Council

Robin Stewart, a partner in the firm’s Kansas City office, has been named to the Electronic Discovery Reference Model’s (EDRM) 2020 global advisory council. Created to help guide the organization’s ongoing projects and planning, the council is composed of contributors, lawyers, judges, in-house counsel, and other legal professionals.

Empowering the leaders of eDiscovery, the EDRM creates global practical resources to improve eDiscovery, privacy, security and information governance.

Ms. Stewart is the founder and chair of Kutak Rock’s eDiscovery Practice Group and a member of the firm’s commercial litigation practice. She has pioneered the development of efficient, practical and effective approaches to address the explosion of electronically stored information’s use in modern litigation. She is also the founder and leader of the National eDiscovery Leadership Institute, which is a nationally recognized and highly regarded organization that provides high-quality educational programs on all things related to eDiscovery. Clients of all sizes and from all industries frequently seek out Robin’s guidance when grappling with the complex issues involved in managing electronic data both outside of and during litigation.
