Kutak Rock partner Bryan Handlos authored a two-part article “Nine Bold Rules To Get The Most Out Of Your Contracting Process” for the July/August 2019 and September/October 2019 issues of Nebraska Banker. The article is featured in the Counselor’s Corner section of the publication, which focuses on providing guidance on relevant legal issues. 

Across the two-part article, Mr. Handlos discusses nine tongue-in-cheek “rules” for approaching the contracting process.  Each “rule” is followed by a more serious discussion of the process, with a focus on obtaining more from the time and energy spent negotiating contracts.
