Kutak Rock partner Seth Kirshenberg will share his experience and insights on a panel discussion of public private partnership (P3) best practices at the 2019 National Development Finance Summit in Tampa, Florida Nov. 6-8. The Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA) summit brings together leaders and dealmakers in the development finance industry to discuss best practices, trends, and project financing solutions.

Mr. Kirshenberg and his fellow panelists will discuss the elements that make a P3 successful; how public entities can balance risk and reward; and best practices for creating effective public-private projects in various contexts.

According to CDFA, the Summit “is designed for both public and private sector participants from all over the country. Attendees represent a diverse cross section of the development finance industry and bring unique perspectives, creative financing approaches, and interesting conversation to the event.”
