Kutak Rock attorneys Ryan Portwood and Bryan Looney presented at a CLE event hosted by the State Bar of New Mexico.
The event focused on health care and took place on Friday, October 11 at the State Bar Center in Albuquerque. Titled "Primers, Updates, and Practical Advice in the Current Health Law Environment," the program sought to provide advice on how best to manage both long-term strategic and day-to-day issues in the health care environment, with varying sessions discussing the latest updates and practice advice applicable to help troubleshoot and find solutions to clients’ issues.
Portwood's session was titled "Navigating Healthcare Technology Contracts and Top Challenges." Looney spoke on "Primary Legal Considerations in Financial Relationships Among Health Care Providers."
