Attorneys Chris Parrington and Andrew Shedlock from the firm’s Minneapolis office will present a live 90-minute CLE webinar titled “Commission Payment Disputes Before and After Termination: Payability, Calculation and Timing" on Wednesday, June 26, 2019.

In his commercial litigation practice, Mr. Parrington has represented business owners in a variety of cases including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, non-compete and non-solicitation agreement disputes, confidentiality and trade mark disputes, and general business disputes. He has tried and arbitrated more than 20 cases across the country to verdict or final award.

Mr. Shedlock's practice includes securities litigation, commercial litigation, business and corporate law and general civil litigation. He has been actively involved in multiple securities litigation matters. Mr. Shedlock regularly counsels clients on business formation issues and asset purchases.
