ACG (Association for Corporate Growth) recognized Kutak Rock partner, Mitch Woolery, as a recipient of the prestigious 2019 Meritorious Service Award. He was recognized at InterGrowth 2019 on May 8 at the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando, FL.

ACG’s Meritorious Service Award recognizes leaders who have contributed to ACG’s success through extraordinary volunteer service and achievement. Mr. Woolery has been an active member of ACG Kansas City since 2007. During his tenure as Chapter President and Past President, Mr. Woolery worked to implement term limits and increase diversity, formed the chapter’s Public Policy Committee, and mentored many members. He has also served on the ACG Global Board of Directors where he worked on Public Policy issues and the Nominating Committee.

Mitch Woolery is one of the leaders of the firm’s national Mergers & Acquisitions group and is a member of the national tax group. He focuses his practice on Middle Market mergers and acquisitions and tax planning for mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and financings.
