Kutak Rock Grows Omaha Office with Addition of Eight Attorneys

Kutak Rock is pleased to announce the addition of eight associates to its Omaha office. Practice areas among the new attorneys include litigation, tax credits, healthcare, real estate, employee benefits, insurance and corporate law.

The new associates are Ryan Calley, Kalli Davis, Kayla DeLoach, Mattea Fosbender, T.W. Huntington, Heather Panick, Whittney Richardson and Alison Seaborne.

Calley represents employers in all stages of employment litigation. He defends employers against discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge claims under state and federal law. His J.D. is from Creighton University School of Law and his B.S. is from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska.

Davis is an associate in the corporate department, with a focus on intellectual property and information technology. She holds a J.D., with Highest Distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a B.S.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Denver. She is admitted to practice in Colorado.

DeLoach focuses her practice on real estate. She earned a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Central Florida. She is admitted to practice in Iowa.

Fosbender is an associate in the litigation department, with a focus on commercial litigation. She received her J.D., cum laude, is from Creighton University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is admitted to practice in Nebraska and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.

Huntington is a member of the firm’s tax credit practice. He holds a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and a B.S. from Creighton University. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska.

Panick has an active ERISA and federal income tax practice involving the representation of clients in tax adversary proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service, United States Tax Court and Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She earned a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a B.S. from University of Central Oklahoma. She is admitted to practice in Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas. 

Richardson is a member of the firm’s corporate finance group. She holds a J.D. from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law and a B.A. from Georgia Southern University. She is admitted to practice in Colorado.

Seaborne is a member of the firm’s real estate group. Her J.D., cum laude, is from Creighton University School of Law and her B.A. is from Purdue University. She is admitted to practice in Nebraska.
