Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that attorney Rachel Freyman has joined its national healthcare practice group and will be resident in the firm’s Little Rock office.

Prior to joining Kutak Rock, Ms. Freyman was Assistant General Counsel for Arkansas Children’s where she collaborated with and provided practical and strategic legal and business advice to senior executives and managers.

For more than six years, Ms. Freyman practiced with two Chicago law firms where she focused on complex commercial and business litigation matters, with an emphasis in breach of contract, antitrust, government/internal investigations, and healthcare litigation. She handled criminal and civil cases involving allegations of international cartels, price fixing, market allocation, monopolization, attempted monopolization, and antitrust conspiracies. She also has experience defending clients in investigations and enforcement actions by the Department of Justice and various regulatory bodies.

Ms. Freyman received her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She is admitted to practice in Arkansas and Illinois.
