On July 10, 2018 Kutak Rock litigator Gigi O’Hara was named by Benchmark Litigation for a third consecutive year to its Top 250 Women in Litigation, a publication that recognizes and honors the achievements of female litigators in a variety of practice areas in the United States.  O’Hara has been recognized for achievements in her practice area of Labor and Employment, including her employment litigation expertise and significant experience defending wage and hour class and collective actions.

According to Benchmark Litigation, the decision to feature a distinguished female litigator is based primarily on a six-month investigation into the individual litigator's professional activities, as well as client feedback surveys and individual interviews, all of which culminate “in the selection of the country’s most distinguished women in the world of litigation.” The women selected “have earned their place amongst the leading female litigators by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients.”
