Seth Kirshenberg to Present at CDFA

Kutak Rock partner Seth Kirshenberg will act as course advisor for CDFA’s two-day “Intro Public-Private Partnership (P3) Finance” WebCourse on June 20-21, 2018. During the WebCourse, industry experts will discuss the common characteristics and drivers of P3 financings throughout the country and explain the various structures of these deals. It will examine the basics of P3 financing, how to leverage it to fund development projects, key players involved in transactions, asset valuation, contract negotiation, risk assessment, revenue stream development, and feasibility analysis. The WebCourse will qualify for the CDFA Training Institute's Development Finance Certified Professional (DFCP) Program.

Mr. Kirshenberg will also present, along with Riz Shah from PricewaterhouseCoopers, a session on June 20, titled “Identifying P3 Projects and Knowing the Atmosphere.”

Mr. Kirshenberg focuses on financing federal infrastructure and has worked on close to $20 billion dollars in public-private partnership (P3) and privatization transactions. He has developed several federal privatization “first-of-a-kind” projects, including energy projects. He regularly structures, negotiates, documents and closes large, complex governmental transactions for lenders, developers, federal agencies, state entities, and municipalities.
