On Thursday, June 21, during the firm’s annual CLE for In-House Counsel in Kansas City, Kutak Rock partner Michael Brown presented a CLE titled “Navigating Concealed Carry Laws.” The presentation covered an overview of trends in state concealed carry laws and the impact on private employers' ability to make rules regarding firearms in the workplace. It also explored mechanisms for posting such rules and boundaries employers should know. 

Mr. Brown represents regional and national firearms dealers, ammunition and accessory manufacturers and firearms manufacturers, providing advice and counsel regarding licensing and compliance matters, corporate restructuring, point-of-sale compliance, general contract review, acquisition and expansion, and defense of legal claims.
