Kutak Rock partners Bradley Boyer and John Schembari collaborated to assist a senior entertainment executive in negotiating and finalizing an employment deal. Drawing on their various areas of experience, Boyer and Schembari were able to quickly review and refine deal points with the employer and finalize the employment agreement and related documents. The final terms of the employment agreement were fair and reasonable to the client and this client was pleased with the results.

Boyer is a partner in Kutak Rock’s Los Angeles office where he focuses his practice on business litigation, frequently representing clients in the entertainment industry in a wide variety of matters. Schembari is an employee benefits partner in Kutak Rock’s Omaha office and often consults with clients throughout the county on executive compensation-related issues.
