The following are Kutak Rock’s attorneys on the Missouri-Kansas list.

Jack Bangert.  Mr. Bangert concentrates his practice in alternative dispute resolution and in litigation involving commercial and civil business disputes. He was chosen for induction into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals for 2017. He earned a B.A. at Westminster College and a J.D. at the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law.

Marcos Barbosa.  Mr. Barbosa's litigation practice focuses on civil litigation defense in the areas of product liability, premises liability, general civil and commercial litigation, as well as toxic tort litigation. His B.A. is from Mid-America Nazarene University and his J.D. is from the University of Kansas School of Law.

Justin Nichols.  Mr. Nichols has extensive experience in both the litigation and transactional aspects of banking. He earned a B.A., with Highest Distinction, from the University of Kansas and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (Clarence Darrow Merit Scholarship). 

Meredith Webster (Rising Star).  Ms. Webster's practice involves business litigation including insurance coverage and appeals. She earned a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
