Mitch Woolery, a partner with Kutak Rock LLP, presented on “The Role of the M&A Attorney” on Monday, July 10, 2017 at Rockhurst University. The presentation was made to M.B.A. students of Professor Bill Conway. His topics included Deal Maximization, Deal Protection and Director Protection.

In his 30 years of practice, Mr. Woolery has served as lead counsel to public and private companies, private equity funds and investors in numerous complex multimillion-dollar mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and financings. Most of his current practice focuses on advising clients on Merger and Acquisitions and Tax.
