Heather Kendrick and Bill Martin, partners in the Denver office of Kutak Rock LLP, presented at the Colorado Bar Association Health Law Section on February 18, 2014. The presentation, “Healthcare Facility Lease Primer,” reviewed certain issues and provisions that are uniquely applicable to health care facility leases and health care facility landlord/tenant relationships.
