Kutak Rock LLP attorneys Kate Starick, Hillary Ellis and Chris Heroux of the firm’s Denver office represented Charter Stone Capital in an $11 million acquisition of a shopping center in Round Rock, Texas. The transaction was financed through a commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) loan.
Charter Stone Capital acquired the property from a special servicer in a distressed asset auction. The Kutak Rock team assisted the client with all aspects of the acquisition, including due diligence and financing.
