Kutak Rock partner Bradley Boyer and associate Laura Schoenberger collaborated to assist a television executive in an employment agreement with his new employer. Drawing on their various areas of expertise, Boyer and Schoenberger reviewed the proposed employment agreement, stock plan and other related documents to counsel the client on key terms and negotiation.

Boyer is a partner in Kutak Rock’s Los Angeles office where he focuses his practice on business litigation, frequently representing clients in the entertainment industry. Schoenberger is an employment associate in the firm’s Wichita office and regularly advises clients on employment agreements.
