Bradley Boyer and Saundra Wootton of Kutak Rock’s Los Angeles office recently represented two land surveyors in connection with the dismissal of citations issued against them by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists.
The Board conducted an investigation and issued citations to the firm’s land surveyor clients. The citations were based on various alleged violations of the California Business and Professions Code. Boyer attended a hearing with the Board and illustrated that the land surveyors did not violate the applicable codes. As a result, the citations were dismissed.
