Kevin’s practice spans the full lifecycle of debt transactions and structured products. He represents borrowers, banks and non bank lenders, investment funds, participants, administrative agents and originators in credit facilities, asset backed financings and other structured financings. His experience includes secured lending and commercial real estate finance, with a focus on taxable and tax exempt executions for multifamily housing projects. Kevin regularly assists financial institutions in closing complex construction and permanent loan transactions and related equity investments, coordinating diligence workstreams, negotiating key documentation and managing transactions from term sheet through closing.
