Brittany primarily represents tax credit investors and syndicators in transactions involving federal and state low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and energy tax credits, as well as related debt and public–private financing structures. She coordinates equity closings, including drafting and negotiating equity documents; reviewing and negotiating debt and other financing structures and documents; and drives diligence and working‑group coordination across stakeholders. Brittany received her J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review and was a Schmid Research Fellow. She previously externed for the Honorable Laurie Smith Camp of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.
