Neo T. Tran


Neo's current practice is focused on government contracts, public-private partnerships, privatization, and project finance transactions.

Neo works with public and private sector clients on a variety of regulatory, corporate, transactional and litigation matters. He also has experience representing state and local issuers and commercial banks in a variety of public finance transactions. His international law practice includes representation of Chinese, Icelandic, Indian, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese clients in commercial disputes, antidumping investigations, and general corporate and transactional matters in the U.S.

Prior to his legal career, Neo was the Program Manager for the U.S.-Vietnam Trade Council in Washington D.C. where he monitored U.S.-Vietnam trade, implemented the Council’s technical assistant programs, and supported Vietnam WTO accession during the period from 2005-2007. During law school, Neo was a summer associate at Allens, an international law firm in Vietnam. He also interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
