Brooke focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate and related finance matters, advising clients with respect to the acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of commercial real estate located throughout the country. Brooke has experience representing both public and private real estate investment trusts (REITs) and she regularly serves as counsel in multi-property acquisitions, dispositions, and sale-leaseback transactions.
