Suzanne M. Shehan-Ames


Suzanne's practice focuses on banking, securities, construction and intellectual property litigation. She has successfully handled multimillion-dollar disputes involving copyright, trade secret, unfair business practices, anti-trust and breach of contract claims. Suzanne successfully pursued and tried a major trademark case for a national non-profit organization as well as several similar cases for a major banking client. 

She also has defended broker-dealers in connection with securities law claims, both in litigation and in arbitrations before the National Association of Securities Dealers, including a recent multimillion-dollar class action alleging price manipulation in the Southern District of New York.
