Her experience includes serving as co-disclosure counsel on a $2.4 billion special facilities bond issuance supporting a nearly $4 billion public-private partnership for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of an airport terminal, as well as underwriter's counsel on a $124 million public improvement bond issuance that supported a nearly $1 billion regional waterfront redevelopment project.
Laurie’s representative experience includes serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel on numerous Georgia-based transactions involving the City of Atlanta, DeKalb County and Fulton County, as well as financings supporting airports, universities, student loan programs, healthcare systems and redevelopment initiatives throughout the United States.
