Katie's practice centers on complex real estate and real estate financing transactions. She represents developers, lenders, community land trusts and other investors in a variety of transactions including acquiring, selling, exchanging, leasing, financing and developing commercial real estate. She has counseled clients in numerous multifamily property acquisitions and dispositions, condominium and planned community formation, leasing and ground leasing.

Katie's transactional practice includes general corporate and commercial finance matters involving development, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and the leasing of retail, office, industrial, and mixed use properties. She has experience drafting purchase and sale contracts and related ancillary documents, analyzing and resolving title, zoning and survey issues, and handling transaction closings.

Her practice also includes representation of healthcare providers in real estate matters.
