Andrew is a member of Kutak Rock’s Finance and Restructuring Group and has concentrated his entire career on representing banks, other financial institutions and borrowers in complex financing transactions. These finance transactions include syndicate credit facilities, revolving credit facilities, term loan facilities and leasing facilities in a wide array of industries.

Andrew has significant experience representing major financial institutions as lender, lessor, bond purchaser or letter of credit provider in tax-exempt and tax credit financings in the nonprofit, hospital, affordable housing, energy and governmental leasing areas. He also represents clients on contracting and real estate term loan facilities, agricultural facilities and restructuring and workout matters.
