Cameron’s practice focuses on transactions involving low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, federal and state new markets tax credits, as well as other related state and federal financing products. He also works with syndicators to form multi-investor low-income housing tax credit syndication funds.
He primarily represents institutional lenders, banks, syndicators, investment funds, and corporations in connection with equity and tax aspects of both upper-tier and lower-tier investments.
