Leslie routinely serves as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel in single and multifamily housing financings. Additionally, she has represented financial institutions in a wide range of lending transactions with a focus on public financings, including direct bond purchases and draw down bond financings. Leslie also has experience representing banks in a variety of structured investment transactions involving financial products such as forward delivery agreements, repurchase agreements and investment agreements.
- Bond counsel to five state housing finance agencies
- Counsel to the underwriters in four state housing finance agency working groups
- Bond counsel to state and local housing agency for its draw down bond programs (recycling and preservation of bond volume cap)
- Represented bank as provider of $575,000,000 in term loans to finance operations of a school district
- Represented group of banks as providers of revolving credit facilities in the cumulative amount of $285,000,000 to support the commercial paper program of a public utility
