Elizabeth works on both taxable and tax-exempt public financing, primarily focusing on transportation related issuers (including, airports, ports, and mass transportation) and utility-related issuers (including water and wastewater). Elizabeth serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel on a variety of financing structures. She also provides support as bond counsel on charter school deals.
