Megan brings nearly two decades of legal experience, much of it focused on tax-advantaged financing involving businesses, real estate and renewable energy projects. She joins Kutak Rock from Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), where she served as associate general counsel and advised on tax credit and charter school finance, lending transactions and related legal matters. Previously, she represented investors, lenders and developers in tax-advantaged financings at other firms.
