Ben serves clients in a variety of public finance matters, with an emphasis on state housing transactions. He acts as bond and/or disclosure counsel to housing issuers, including Colorado Housing Finance Authority, Nevada Housing Division, New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, Montana Board of Housing, Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, and Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, among others.
