David Mnatsakanyan’s law practice is focused in public finance and commercial real estate transactional matters including real property secured financing and title and escrow work. David serves as counsel in a variety of taxable and tax-exempt conduit issuance financings for nonprofit organizations ranging from private schools, community support facilities to museums. David is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

He previously worked at Deloitte Tax LLP in San Francisco, CA, focusing on sales and use tax consulting. During law school he served as a teaching assistant for the University of California, Hastings Social Enterprise and Economic Empowerment clinic and was a Senior Notes Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. He also received the Witkin Award for Excellence in Commercial Contract Drafting.
